Cash For Cars Metro Auto Wrecker is a professionally licensed car wrecking service dedicated to dismantling vehicles safely while maintaining the highest environmental standards. We’re LMCT (Licensed Motor Car Traders) certified, which means we meet all regulatory requirements and professional standards for vehicle wrecking. Our experienced team professionally dismantles all makes and models of vehicles – from damaged cars and smashed vehicles to commercial vehicles and high-mileage cars. We don’t just crush cars; we carefully dismantle them, recover usable parts, and recycle all materials responsibly. Every vehicle we process is handled with care and expertise, following strict environmental guidelines and proper disposal procedures.

Our wrecking process is thorough and environmentally responsible. First, we safely drain all hazardous fluids including oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and refrigerant – nothing goes into landfill. Next, our expert team carefully dismantles the vehicle, recovering components that can be reused or refurbished as quality auto parts. We then process and recycle all metals, plastics, and glass materials according to Australian environmental standards. Every step is documented and certified to ensure full compliance with environmental regulations. We recover and recycle valuable materials including copper wiring, aluminium components, and steel – minimizing waste and supporting sustainable practices. Your old car becomes a source of quality used parts and recovered materials rather than landfill waste.

After selling your car, remember to lodge a notice of disposal with VicRoads within 14 days.
